Why Can't I Connect to A Virtual Location? (Mac)

First, verify the following:

• You are connected to the internet via Wi-Fi or mobile data network and can access the Internet.

• You are not using another VPN or strict firewall while the VPN is connected.

To troubleshoot this issue:

1. Click the button to start the connection.

   1. Try selecting a different Virtual Location to see if this issue is with one specific Virtual Location or all of them.

      1. Try selecting different VPN protocols.
